Sometimes geocaching.com will not publish a cache and it sometimes hit-and-miss with BC Parks, National Parks, and other land use. When the Reviewers say no, it may be a matter of removing the cache and the listing, but there is also a sort of appeal process since the “rules” seem to vary.
Geocaches that are not published as official caches are still there and the information is still available for anyone who wants to get an Alt-Cache.
